I have a Tata Sky connection in name of Sonal Shitin Shah. By mistake I had made an excess payment of around Rs. 3600/- at the time of online recharge. I registered a complaint with them regarding refund of my excess balance lying with them. They replied to me that as per companies policy no partial refund is given hence I need to keep the balance with them till March 2016 without interest. I had made a total recharge of Rs. 12800/-. It is difficult to understand how a company can withheld my legitimate funds without any reason.

A sum of Rs. 3600/- is unnecessarily lying with the company. I want the refund of my excess balance lying with Tata Sky i.e. Rs 3600
