Panasonic TV – No Customer Service

I have purchased Panasonic Television Model: TH-L42ET60D on 18.04.2014 Bill No. 2549 amount Rs. 64500/- This started giving problems from 6th of February 2015 (Just 10 months from purchase). Registered a complaint on 8th of February 2015 No. R100215 019532 dated 10.02.2015. The service engineer came on 11.02.2015 he checked it and said there is some major problem and need to take some technical assistance from higher authorities. From that day on wards till today 28th February 2015 for last 18 days I have done continuous followup but there is no reply from dealer or company.

I am a senior person and watching TV for 8-10 hours a day. this picture is shaking and horizontal lines breaking all the time by which me & my wife both having Eye swelling problem and Rs.64500/- which I paid for better quality picture it is hard earned money. The delay in resolving the issue is nerve breaking as I have gone through the bypass surgery, this followup is not easy to bear.

There are only two options. 1. They should replace the television set. 2. Return my money in full as it is under one year guarantee.
