My new handset deposited 3 times for rectification of various problems but not satisfied from their response. Jan’15 end, they approved for replacement of handset but, till date i have not received any satisfactory reply from them Every time they replied that it is in process. Already 3 months over, during the period full time handset lying at HTC service center in India.

I am not able to use my mobile phone which is basic necessity now a days. My old mobile is not working well that’s why i bought new handset. Loss of business. Refund of my handset with compensation.
