D-Vois Broadband – Poor Service in Mumbai

I have been in living in Sector 10, kharghar since a year. I have subscribed to broadband services from D-VoiS-SSV- ION Broadband service. For past 4-5 months, every now and then, there are glitches in either their network or their equipments, which takes to time to get rectified. So, most of the time I am not able to use internet. Every 2-3 days I have to call their customer care and since all their operators are busy most of the time, I have to wait for atleast 10-15 minutes before I can talk to them. This also costs me as the calls are not free. I am not able to use internet most of the time, as every now and then their connection faces problems. They are not interested in providing a permanent solution for this. I am paying Rs. 600 every month and in addition I have to pay for all the calls I make to them. So I am paying them more then Rs. 700 per month and in return I am not getting proper services worth of Rs. 300 also.

This all costs me my time, money and efforts. Many time I have to do my official work, make some essential payments and do some travel reservations online, but due to this poor service, I have cannot do that and that has cost me my time and money many times.

I want the service provider to realise their irresponsible behavior as they are taking full payment every month on time but do not try to make their service smooth and customers like us suffer. I want an apology , a permanent solution to this problem in my area and compensation for all the calls I make to them every alternate day to get my problems fixed.
