Tata Sky DTH Signals in Bangalore – Review

Hi , Subscriber Id : 1102593728 I want to register a complaint against TATA Sky the DTH service provider due to their unprofessional attitude towards customer due to following reasons: From last month I am facing a problem that my TATA Sky setup box will not receive the signal and will be dead for 4 to 5 days and again the problem started in this month. Incident 1: My set box was dead from 10/03/2015 to 14/03/2015 1.) When I called TATA sky customer service they first told that it happening due to Sun outage and will be rectified automatically which never happened. 2.) Again when I called they told that they are upgrading the system and changed the satellite to enhance the system. My question is if they are doing all this thing then why they are not informing the customer in advance. Once this problem started they starting putting all the messages in their website to run away from any responsibility.

I tried to call the customer care number multiple time but not able to reach as the phone line ware always busy. Even if the phone was connected one need to wait from half an hour to 45 mints to speak with them with no solution. 4.) They always informed me that problem will be rectified with 24 hr which never been happened. 5.) I also informed the customer care with online chat regarding the problem but no action has been taken. They will having pre recite sentences like sorry for the inconvenience and will rectify your problem within 24 hr which never happened. 6.) Ultimately the problem got solved itself and after that TATA sky technician visited my house on 14/03/2015 and told me that he checked everything and now everything is alright and I will not face the problem anymore. Complaint Details: Service request- H51IVYT 2nd Complain no: SR1203151312496 Customer care chat reference id:2092825 , 2096269 Incident 2: My set box is again dead from 02/04/2015 to till date But now again same problem got started from 02/04/2015 till date within 15 days of last and still I am waiting the problem to be rectified from TATA Sky. I now fed of calling these guys as they are not solving the problem and giving me same recorded sentences that it will be rectified within 24 hrs. I don’t know when my 24 hrs time will come. Everybody knows that 24 hr is one day but looks like for TATA Sky 24 hrs means a week. Now again I raised so many complaints whose details are below Complaint Details: Service request- NS1504023721085 –Dated-02/04/2015 2nd Complain no: 1-38032103392 – Dated-03/04/2015 Customer care chat reference id: 2157808 with Sumo Datta –Dated-03/04/2015 Still my problem is not solved. Can body here is there who can listen the voice of customer due this unprofessional attitude of TATA Sky ?

I demand Permanent Rectification for the problem and Compensation for mental and physical trauma facing as of now.
