Tata Sky – lack of service for two months

Hi, I had filed a complaint in this website. I see it has been marked as resolved but they have not paid me the compensation for the two months that I did not have the service. The customer service representative called me and I cleared told her that I need compensation or extend my service without any cost for 2 months. None of which has been provided. Please help for a fair resolution.

Compensation for the lack of service for two months is not paid. I had to make so many calls and waste my time because I was bound to use the service as I had a yearly fee already paid for.

5000 Rs as inspite of offering a fair deal I am being cheated again.
