Tata Sky – No reception getting bad responses

Tatasky consumer ID 1055297418 I am having no reception on my set top box since 23 April. I have called tata sky service repeatedly and also contacted them over online helpdesk. Each time I am told the technician will visit in 24 hours. Now, I have started getting very bad responses from their executives. Technician has not been picking up my calles for last 1 week

I need a full refund of service the day since I launched the complaint till the time the issue is resolved. I also need Rs. 500 to recover telephone cost for continuously having to call them using my cell phone Rs. 10000 for causing mental stress and having to match my schedule to wait for the technician visit (which never happened) Rs. 10000 for being blatantly fraud, for closing my work order request saying “completed” without the technician even visiting my place. All in all, I would like to get compensation of Rs. 25000 and a full refund of service charges from the rime the complaint was registred to the time its resolved.
