I am trying to connect to Tata Sky customer care so that I can get some help like relocation of my DTH. but no one is taking the call , keeping the queue for many time, if someone pick the call then he/she will transfer it to other person and queue. they don’t have any store or online complain service where you log your complain.

wasted lots of money on calling as all calls are chargeable and also time loss.

I want my money back for all calls that I have made
