Tata Power Solar Heater Duro 200 out of order for more than a month. No contacts established with the dealers. Contacted company – several emails and phones. No reply and no service provided yet. Unable to use the system during the winter. In summer solar water system may cause severe damage as it is not in use.

The company should provide service in the warranty period. The solar system can be functional if timely service is made available.
