Vodafone Post-Paid Wrong Billing

I have been using the Vodafone postpaid for past 7 years for number. Vodafone customer care directly called me and gave me an offer of free incoming in roaming and 80ps/min for outgoing in roaming Also, the offer has 1GB free 3g net per month and 1000 minutes of free STD and local calls I have been getting a monthly bill of Rs340/month using this plan. Now all of a sudden without any information they have changed the plan and started charging for those offers that they have called me and offered. Now my March month bill is reflecting Rs.700 which is out of my scope to pay after my monthly expenses. Can someone please rectify this and help me out, so that the extra charges are waved off and my old plan reinstated. As the ill is password protected I have attached the snapshot of March bill.
