I had booked a Tata Sumo Grande At HANS MOTORS in Khar (W), Mumbai. Process got delayed due to misplacement of my documents. In the mean time I encountered some grave problems, and I hand delivered a letter to Mr Imran at their HANS MOTORS, KHAR (W), MUMBAI SHOWROOM STATING THAT I WANTED TO CANCELL MY BOOKING AND FOR THE REFUND. There were again delays, and then I had to travel. But before that I had requested Mr Imran to help me to solve this and post the cheque to my above address. Later, when I returned I found out that the HANS MOTORS, Khar (w), Tata Motors Showroom WAS CLOSED. iT WAS SHIFTED TO Lakshmi Industrial Estate in Andheri (W) Link Road. I approached the TATA MOTORS SHOWROOM there and was asked to meet one MR MANGESH on the mezzanine floor, who took the copies and asked me to call him after a week. He too said that the papers were being shifted from one office to another so to call him after 2 weeks. Well after 15 days too there was no reply from him and then he started to avoid my calls. I had to travel again and had other work due to which I was occupied and forgotten to follow up. Then I went to Tata House at Fountain where I was guided to another office . There I was then told to go to BKC. Please help me as they have not even taken my complaint letter with supporting documents till now. I am now REQUESTING YOU TO PLEASE look into this matter and help me to recover my Rs 25 thousand. (just the principal invested, no interests) Thanking you. Saleem Kashmiri
