Tatasky.com – Relocation delay pathetic service Tile broken

I yet again share the pathetic experience i’ve had with Tata Sky step by step mentioned below… I request for Information on relocating one of my secondary Id ie 1011493622 from Powai in Mumbai to a different location in Navi Mumbai ( Pin Code – 400709 ) I am told that i shall receive a call in 24 Hours however after several follow ups , i receive a call after 3 days from your relocation team & i recharge my account on the same day on the New ID ie 1155604091 which is created by your Relocation Team.. I’m told the very next day the Installation will be done , the dealer calls me in the morning however is reluctant to send his representative to my residence by giving a excuse that the Local Cable Operator does not allow them to install their machines / equipment etc in that locality , i assure him to make a visit & not to worry about anything as other members also in my Building have installed Tata Sky without any hassles … The dealer requests me to personally visit his office to bring the Dish antenna & other equipment’s myself , i agree to do so.. I drove to his office some 4 kms away from my place & get all those equipment’s with a assurance from him that the Technician will visit my residence within 2 Hours…. I kept waiting for entire day however the technician does not visit , of course i did follow up with the dealer & your call center however everyone kept providing false commitments , in fact i had to personally visit the dealers office again to understand the challenge , and i reckon the dealers challenge was that he was short staff according to me … Today finally the Technician visited my residence to install the antenna that too after several follow ups in the morning , but he Drills on one of the Tile without my consent for inserting the screws in it & unfortunately when the Tile broke he informs me then….. I ask him to drill on the aluminium grill & completes the Job… I yet again discover that there were maximum channels which i couldn’t view due to your software upgrade from mpeg2 to mpeg4 set up box, i immediately register a request at your call center for mpeg4 set up box and speak to the dealer simultaneously & i visit his office to collect the new mpeg4 bos myself & i appreciate that gesture myself… I expect a Senior Designated official to look into the above & contact me & at the same time revert with a solution as to how & when will Tata Sky Compensate to me for the Tile which was broken by the Technician today , i have attached a snap shot of the broken Tile for your reference …. I request you to compensate for the same and until then do not

I need compensation for the Damage , have been conveying this repeatedly to Tata Sky call center however there is no response on the same as yet, its been 10 days now..
