I booked a taxi from Taxi for sure on saturday, May 16, 2015 from my residence in Greenvalley Faridabad. I travelled from Faridabad to Karol Bagh which as per the taxi’s trip meter reading is a distance of 35Kms. However, at the end of the journey the mobile app with the driver, displayed the total distance travelled as 64Kms and total cost at Rs. 933. I tried calling the customer care, however there was no response and no one picked up my call. I had to pay, Rs. 650/- to the driver on his demand. Also, an amount of Rs. 400/- was deducted from my wallet on their app. The app is registered under my mobile number : 981806xx After a lot of discussion with the customer care, and the driver, the company is claiming that they have only charged Rs 590. They have not provided me any Bill for this ride and also, the driver who has taken 650 cash, is now refusing to do so.

I want the entire refund for this ride as this was the 1st booking made.
