I booked taxiforsure ride with its confirmation no. TFS-AT-C10891944. My pickup from airport was at 10.45pm. They have send me sms , when I called driver he was in ITPL, after I called customer care they gave one more no., like this I got 4 no. but none of the driver came, hence I waited in airport for almost an hour. They have not provided me any service. As a consumer I felt they cheated me. For this particular service I have deposited Rs 700 in wallet and now they are not ready to repay my money and they are telling to take taxi for next time but they will not refund my money.

In this entire process I lost Rs 700 for booking, rs 150 over phone for calling customer care as they made me to wait for 15 mins every time I called. Because of delay in service I missed my bus which costed me Rs 2000. Also I felt physical and mental harassment as I am bp patient. Overall I lost rs 3500.

I need rs 3500 which I lost because of there faulty service.
