I purchased air lounge + pillow in Rs. 8192. I checked detail of products in telebrands website earlier. Website shows that unsatisfied from the products you can return back to telebrands with in 15 days and TV ads also said you can return back. I had ordered the products and make payment through credit card with call at 09223100xxx . I received my product on 5 July. I checked product and I am not satisfied the product so I returned the product to telebrand address as said Telebrands customer executive tell me and I sent product on 8 July through gati courier & I received msg from telebrand then I called customer executive & tell that when I get the money. Customer executive tell me that we can not refund your money back . We can replace your product only.
