Dear Sir/Madam My son Anshul M. Chouksey secured admission for B.E. (IT) FE (A.Y. 2006-07) in ‘Thakur College of Engineering & Technology, Kandivli, (E), Mumbai’, against Hindi minority quota on 21-07-2006 (before CET admission round) and thereafter cancelled the admission on 31 August 2006, before commencing college session. I had sent a request for refunding fee (full/part of Rs. 66,958/-) repeatedly finally a payment of Rs. 65,958/- has been refunded after 6 years. Now my question is: “if this was the decision of the court for refunding the fee then why college refunded fee (detecting Rs. 1000/-) without paying any interest on principal using someone’s money for 6 years”. I kindly request you to consider this matter seriously in public interest and take necessary action to make arrangement to refund interest money on Rs. 66,958/- for six years which makes difference for me.
