This is with regards to wrong product received from Lenovo BTC Offer. Order no. 100069146 Ticket number – BTC21521 I purchased a Lenovo Yoga 500 product from thedostore.com on 30 May, 2015 1. The product received was entitled for offer – 2 Years extended warranty and purchase of Lenovo Bluetooth Speaker or Lenovo External 1 TB HDD in 499 Rupees. 2. This was based upon customer’s choice 3. I selected 2 Years warranty and Lenovo 1 TB HDD 4. It was only by 29th June, 2015 I received a confirmation to do the payment of 499/- for the same. 5. On 9 July, I received confirmation of my payment and on 23rd July I received my 2 years extended warranty certificate 6. It was on 13 Aug, 2015 (AFTER more than 2 months of product purchase) I received a wrong product – it was bluetooth speaker instead of 1 TB HDD I am in worry, if complaining Lenovo would take another 2 months of action on the received good. Requesting you to please expedite the process. On another hand, it was a horrible overall experience with thedostore purchase and offer redemption.

I received Lenovo backpack completely in wet condition, but thought to not complaint as it could be one of an instance. There were several other instances with no replies from the contact numbers provided. Customer care from Sales team always routed the contact to some other department and it was very rare for me to get connected with concerned people for raising complaint. I am still not sure whether this forum of Email complaint would be addressed appropriately to Lenovo’s concerned department for taking appropriate actions.
