The agency (THE CALCULUS) approached me for providing assistance about higher education. They told me that I have to pay Rs.40000 (refundable if consultancy fails to provide admission) for their consultancy. Then they said they will provide me with a conditional letter of admission from a German university along with a letter of admission to a German language institute,and other services related to it without any extra payment of money. I was told that I would have to pay Rs. 13 lacs as university fees (by applying for a loan from bank) after submitting the letter to the bank. I paid the consultancy money of Rs 40000 and sent the certified document copies. But these people, after some days sent an invoice from BSK international (another consultancy) & asked to deposit Rs.6 lacs before providing any admission letter. It was different from the terms discussed in the beginning, and bank would not provide loan with an invoice from a consultancy. When we told this to the consultancy,they refused to accept it and also refused to refund the money. They are not even picking up the phone -calls now. I have evidence of all my conversations with the consultancy including mails,telephone conversations, and the receipts.

A total amount of Rs. 45500 should be paid by the agency including the compensation for the loss of attested copies of the documents.
