Dear fedex courier , we sent a courier parcel from kotkapura ( punjab) to USA. (Maryland) tracking number 784824362203. It reached on Monday.it was about 38.7 kg but when it reached many things were not there in parcel. It ‘s lot of inconvenience. If we trusted your company you should make our parcel reach safely. Now who would pay our cost plus you taken 16000 on courier charges . A big shame on your part…taking huge amount of charges plus stealing from the customer ‘s parcel.. we in great tension… kindly help us insist of repeating that u r sorry of inconvenience.
