I had got the bar code from my jio app, but I have missed my bar code and again when I gone through the my jio app its showing redeemed. My bar code no. is 55562616211, my contact no. 990XXX0499 email id-prasanna11222@gmail. I went to Reliance digital store on Cunningham road, Bangalore but said can’t do any thing. No body helped, Please help, I need to know what has happened to bar code I generated and which is now showing as redeemed.

: I tried to get a Jio sim in BHOPAL MADHYA-PRADESH. I gave Barcode and Aadhar ID Xerox in sim shop.They done step by step process and at last told me that the barcode was already redeemed. I didn’t gave the barcode to anyone. Please block the sim who hacked my barcode and send me a new barcode. So please sort out this issue soon and contact me as soon as possible.
