Tikona Broadband – Refund Not Received

I have registered for tikona broadband in august 2012 wide application number:50000020595126, but after 15days, the technician told that they are unable to provide the service, so they will refund my payment but since then they have not refunded my money and every time they tell that they will deliver my cheque in 10 days. please help!! my cheque amount is rs.2300. Also please tell them to compensate me for my loses.

I had many expenses but they didnt refunded my money as promised by them in 45days. Also my work nd studies are depended on internet, they took my application nd later refused to give services due to which i had suffered huge loss.

I want compensation from the company and my total money to be refunded.
