My Airtel post paid cell number is 9960264748.
I had opted 3G plan package of 300MB free for Rs. 100/- in Aug ’11. This plan was active till 30th May ’12, thereafter Airtel discontinued it without my consent and put me in their basic 3G plan which is chargable for every kB used. Unknowingly I continued using 3G which resulted excess billing till 27th Aug ’12. I appealed Airtel about this issue with complaint number as below but still it is not resolved.
