account number: 1109839180 I applied for connection on 25 feb and it was insattlaed on 5 th march at my home.it stoooped working from 11th March to 29th march due to techincal issues.again it statred working around 29th march but everytime I have to call their techincal team for a solutons.itcontinued like that till 22nd april when I decided to finally ask for refund and cancellation..till date I have no update on same…it was most pathetic service I ever used…i paid 2900 for this and have not been able to use contounsly even for 1 hour at strech due to poor services..i have almost called more than 3o tmes on support numbers of tikona in less than 1 mmonth…please help
i just want my refund asap…and will never suggest tikona to anyone in life..
