In the termination of service email, it is mentioned that they will come and collect the modem. I was waiting and no one came and collected it. Suddenly I got a call from an advocate from Delhi that they are going to file a case in Delhi Metropolitan civil court, if I won’t pay 2150/- immediately even without sending me the updated bill for that. I contacted customer care about this several times, but they is no response from them. I called the person Vijay, who is supposed to take the modem and close the issue. He asked me to raise a request at Tikona customer support. But they are forwarding to their finance department and from that dept, there is no response.

I am ready to pay the amount of 172 and want to return to settle down the issue.
