i am a tikona customer for more than 4 months. i have been facing issues regarding network and the speed. last time when i faced the complain took 1 days to sort out but no waiver was given but they told to give us. last month i faced serious problem of network for at least 15 days. they always say problem will be resolved the nxt 8 hrs but id dint happens and it took about 2 weeks . we wre told to give waiver but thy deny.after i and called them thy reedy for 100 rs but it is not readable.
i need a waiver which is appropriate.it should be of one month but atleast 500 is to be given
