Tikona is not closing my account (id: 1108391485) even after sending multiple closing requests. I have used their advance rental plan and already paid all the outstanding bills. My billing cycle was ending on 15-Apr-15 and I had paid my advance rental on 28-March which was valid till 15-Apr. I have not used Tikona service from 14-Apr-15. Now they are not closing my account and even after I am not using their services they keep calling and sending alerts for outstanding payments.
I am getting multiple calls, emails and Sms for outstanding bills. This is a mental harassment from them. I have asked to close the account multiple times, but instead of closing account they are charging me for the service I am not using. There is a risk of spoiling my credit score by this false outstanding amount.
