I have taken revolution Biz plan for 6 months in which spidigo is giving 1 month additional subscription. It mentions speed upto 1MBPS. As per TRAI rule ISP should be able to mention with best effort that what speed i would be getting but their sales man promised me with 1 MBPS speed on anytime. Since the time i bought the connections i have complained numerous times regarding speed which i get around 200 kbps (sometimes even (100kbps). When we call to complain there is no complain number given nor estimated time for call back. what we get is just operator saying support will give a call back which we dont receive for days.

Money back for the remaining duration of my contract or 1 MBPS speed as mentioned by their team members.
