We had booked courier on 23rd May, 2015 to deliver our parcel to Tirupur in Tamil Nadu. Only upon verification of delivery pin code, TRACKON courier accepted shipment. Now, TRACKON courier denies of delivering parcel at door of our consignee stating the delivery location is far & not under their province. TRACKON courier is insisting consignee to come half way to carry the shipment, which is not feasible.

Since TRACKON has not deliver shipment to my consignee we are loosing our recognition at EBAY.in. Our customer feedback will be taken as negative & perhaps we will even loose of selling products on ebay for which we will have heavy financial loss.
