Consignment No. 405675907 was booked from Chandauli and the same was received in Delhi on 22.11.2014. This was delivered to me only on 27.11.2014. I called No.011- 45593500 was one Ms. Sandhya received the call. I requested to file an grievance/complaint, she denied straightforward. She told me that there might be wrong/improper address on the consignment. I want to mention that the address on the courier is as “Amit Kumar Gupta Room No.423C, Branch-F(E)II Rail Bhawan Ministry of Railways New Delhi 110001 #955589xxxx” Due to company’s negligence, the consignment containing Homeopathic medicine was delivered too late which cause loss as the medicine would be ineffective because of irregularities in taking medicine. I demand for compensation of Rs. 10,000/- due to negligence / delay in delivery by company. I request to take the necessary action at the earliest.
The consignment was containing Homeopathic Medicine. Discontinuance of which cause me great loss as the medicine would became ineffective/less effective if it was not taken regularly. Because of delay by company, now I have to take medicine with more power which would be expensive than existing one.
