Why is SAMSUNG Charging for Repair Under Warranty ?

Q No (Raised with SAMSUNG): 7079858 Service Reference No (SAMSUNG): 8456769xxx Handset Serial No: 357089056462940 The product was under warranty, warranty card does not list any part as ‘not covered’ under warranty. But SAMSUNG asks me to pay for repair. Please refer the warranty card (attached) screenshot. They are not providing justifications, not providing the answers to the below questions. 1. Reasons / Justification for denying my claim (under warranty) and reasons for arriving this decision 2. All the photos taken for addressing this case 3. All the information / details collected (from me / service centre) for this case. 4. All the details / communication as part of the ticket (Q No: 7079858) 5. Proof / Justification to declare my handset as tampered with 6. Proof / Justification to declare my handset as misused 7. Proof / Justification to declare my handset was damaged due to _quotimproper use_quot 8. Where exactly a warranty card says that THIS item is not covered covered under warranty? 9. Guidelines list to decide a handset as misused / tampered with / improperly used 10. Guidelines list to distinguish between a Fake / Fraudulent and a GENUINE case 11. What exactly a Handset means? (Warranty card says only the handset is covered under warranty) Please help me in repairing my mobile under warranty without making any payments as it is a GENUINE CASE. Also advice me to file a complaint against SAMSUNG in consumer court

I want the repair/ replacement with NIL payment from my pocket as the product was under warranty & no parts are excluded from warranty. Please refer to the warranty card (scanned copy) attached.
