I have booked flight from hyderabad to kochi through travel easy on 27/01/2016 and I got mail showing booking was confirmed .I have paid Rs 7552.00 for the booking. But have not got the ticket. In mid night one guy from travel easy called and told me that fare was increased and booking was not possible and refund will be given on next day. But I have not received the refund.I called email travel easy costomer care for the refund and the told me that there was some technical problem with their net banking and refund will be given asap. I called and email them again but there was no reply.Till today (09/03/2016) I have not received the refund.

While online booking through traveleasy.com i have paid the amount 7552.00 and got email showing booking was confirmed and ticket will be be issued shortly. So I haven’t tried for alternate ways for booking. Due to which I could not travel as my plan and lost some important personal functions. How ever i Lost my booking amount of Rs 7552.00 since no refund received
