Reliance Jio Customer Care Not Addressing Issue

Hi,

I am a recent consumer of Jio LYF Flame 1 phone and sim combo on preview offered by retailers/Jio with 3 months of unlimited data and calling services. My Jio Sim number is +917009 704846. Please help me out in this matter as services are down since 2 weeks now and who will be responsible for wasting so much time and no effort to resolve an active issue faced by me on Jio support team or bots whatever it maybe to fix it on your part led me to consumer forum, fraud is it then kindly take your device and sim back and return my hard earned money spent on this garbage!!

Common JIO Guys, wtf is wrong here please answer why I have been restricted to place calls or data usage within 15 days of purchase of your product making me restless and full of anxiety to whether this is a common issue faced by everyone or one time fraud Scenario pitching information to make the sale?

Kindly place an email to your retailer to either return my hard earned money on your fraud of unlimited access to data and calls for three months but instead I had to buy an IDEA SIM to use data services of a third party services provider to register a problem I am facing due to your ignorant support staff or bull$*it services where I am unable to reach anyone and my calls have been delayed till 15 to 20 mins of the annoying IVR announcement in anticipation to talk to the concerned person to raise my issue without any success as of now resulting in utter harassment and d/c the lines not once or twice but like more than dozen times making me unsatisfied and angry customer resulting to hang up the calls and gather motivation to do something about it. Finally I sent them the third mail in over 7-8 days to confirm whether I have been tricked by your retailer, marketing strategy or whatever your automatic reply stating your executives reach me in 24 hours and it’s over a week now I have been trying to get it fixed or someone to tell me why this happened at the first place forget fixing the issue for crying out loud sakes!!!

Congratulations on making one of the enthusiastic customer seeing upgraded technology & services in data/Mobile communications sector sharing the offer within my circle resulting in potential customers but instead turned me into one warning flag post/blogger on consumer complaints forum against you as well as in the digital community to escape the frustration you guys gifted me with while welcoming myself in your business not expecting this from JIO or Reliance!!

I don’t know how I am managing my anger to not to use offensive words or unparliamentary language due to your carefree and bullshit kind of attitude. Damn it!

if able to fix it then fix it on priority basis and make anyone capable of handling it get in touch or if you’re not able to give me a heads up now even to reach for consumer forum on fraudulent advertising and not providing what was promised to me by retailer with recording of his voice promising 3 months unlimited data & calling services without fail!!
