I have been charged excessively in the name of RTO Charges for the vehicle i have purchased dated on 24/12/2014.

It has resulted in the excess charges of Rs. 1082 (3492-2290-120), and further they have been making manipulations in the invoices after giving invoices to customer that has resulted in loss of VAT Rs. 382 (5456-5074) to state government.

I want to have refund of the same amount which i have been charged excessively and further forward the matter to State Government VAT Department so that we can curb the Corruption done at these level as the same practice is also being initiated by majority of the Automobiles dealers in Surat, Gujarat.
