I have purchased a 200 Ltr solar water heater from a gurgaon based dealer in October 2013 but they have given me a worst quality SWH where I am facing leakage issues from last 3 years and the service was horrible because they won’t pick up the phones. Even after picking the phone as well they will come to your home only when you tell them if you don’t come I ll give a complaint in consumer forum. 1- Firstly the installation of solar water heater has taken an entire winter season as the engineers were not able to install it properly. 5-7 times they have changed the tank and it took from October till April. Even after installation we were not getting hot water because the installation was done parallel to sun. 2- After complaining they have changed the direction opposite to sun so that water will get heated up quickly. After few days the hot water tank got a leakage automatically.

Complained again and they have changed the tank 2-3 times but every tank was having leakage problem. Somehow they have settled this by pasting some adhesive and 2013-2014 is gone in this, we have not even used a bucket of hot water from this SWH. 3- In winter we have again started using it and getting the leakage problems again and again. Throughout the winter timings they have not fixed the leakage problem and replaced the hot water tank many times but the same issue comes up again. 4- As per govt rules they should provide discount of Rs 200/- from every month electricity bill for 3 Years and now 3 years are already completed but did not get any discount in electricity bill. I want to give a legal complain about this to consumer forum and let them learn a lesson so that no on other customer should be affected by their services. I want to return this product to them and want to take my money back and want to claim
