UBER CAR SERVICES This company provides radio taxi services in World including Kolkata. They have recently launched in Kolkata. As part of promotional scheme, they provide free rides. They have provided me 7 free rides. They have also informed that when you take your next ride, you will not be charged and this free rides will be used. I have mail confirmation of the same. But when again i used this service i was charged with my original fare. Whenever i wrote the mail they did not respond. They continue to cheat me. I continued to promote the brand considering they will provide free ride but they cheated. Moreover company does not have any contact number.

Due to the assurance provided by UBer, i promoted them between my friends and relatives. They all took and used the services of Uber. However the benefit promised by Uber was not fulfilled as they did not provide any free ride. This resulted in damage to my reputation in front of my friends and relatives. Also this resulted in Monetary losses of the rides which i took considering them to be free however they all were chargeable. The total monetary loss of such rides was around Rs 1500.
