I have purchased one tab (UBISLATE 7CZ) bearing Invoice No. AMBD09270345 on cash on delivery terms, which had been delivered to me on 30th September 2013 after payment of Rs 6599/- with sealed packet, however after opening the same packet at home I found the same was defective & damaged its screen. I tried to contact on Customer Support tel. no 01832581330 immediately but could not be connected, on 1st October 2013 I could connet & I told them the problem, one told me that i will be called back. but no reply mean while I again called them up on 20.10.213 that time I was told to send a mail mentioning IMEI no & Bill No which I send them on morning 22.10.2013 (IMEI911300151018688). Now I am being told that I have to bear the repairing cost of around Rs. 2500/- which is almost 40% of the cost.
