I sent 3 reminder, but till date I had not received any reply from Datawind. I booked pre-ordering my Ubislate7C and my booking ID is PM9OA3283C6D. I already to pay Rs.4,299 + Rs.199 Shipping Charges Total Amt. 4498 against my Ubislate7Ci device. I received my Ubislate device. But it is defective ubislate device which provided by Datawind Innovations Pvt.Ltd. my Ubislate Invoice No. AMBD02020102, Invoice dt. 02/02/2013 (Blue Dart) My Ubislate device had not charging. I try & try again & again but my ubislate device not charge. I feel cheat with me from Datawind. I request them for change my Ubislate device or upgrade my device. I agree to pay additional amount for upgrade device (Akash-3 (7c+)). & send old defective Ubislate device. but any response yet them side.

I want to change my Ubislate device or upgrade my device from 7ci to 7c+ or return back my device amt Rs. 4498. I agree to pay additional amount for upgrade device (Akash-3). & send old defective Ubislate device on Datawind Innovations Pvt.Ltd. registered postal address.
