hi i am sai mob 939XXX39124 ultoo.com is cheating people in the name of earn money to recharge mobile for sending smses from their website minimum recharge is rs.10 i have 17 rs in my ultoo wallet but when ever i try to recharge ultoo displays message that server is busy to recharge try after some time i request officials to take necessary action on ultoo.com for cheating people in the name of recharge for sending smses.and for ur reference proof has been attached with this complaint.
