From the time I bought Airtel sim, I am unable to contact some docomo numbers. I tried that sim with different hardwares, but still it didn’t worked. After that I asked there customer representative to resolve this issue, every time they say they will look into the matter and never did anything. This time i asked them to give me id for my complaint, Customer representative said that issue will be resolved and message will be delivered to you within 48 hours, he also didn’t resolved the issue.
Every time i have to call some docomo numbers, I have to borrow somebody else’s number. And this number is registered with many other services and shared with friends, so i cant change it.
