I have a mobile number that I had taken from Airtel in kerala. The number is 9995703309. I have been staying at Warangal in Andhra Pradesh since last 5 months and have a roaming facility. Since last 3 days – from 2nd of January 2012 I am unable to get incoming calls. I have contacted the airtel office in Warangal and they asked me to contact airtel in kerala. I have also contacted Airtel in Kerala on 9895198951. However I have not received any proper suppport and my problem has not been resolved. My business is being affected due to this issue of non availability of incoming calls. Appreciate if it can be resolved immediately.
