i asked about a scheme but he instead gave anything else scheme initially i felt its ok later due to change of circumstance i asked to settle due amount within month.agent consoled by saying according to policy u pay premium for three years and then u can surrender
i plead and made frequent followup they mocked at the issue instead of solving problem.
due to lapse of service later applied to revive the policy with changes in assured amount that too still not processed over months when they failed to revert i learnt that bcoz of petty charge they thrust my application aside.
everytime i visited i was questioned,mocked.it was sort of ragging and humiliation.staff attitude is such that either due to harassment or embarassment in open will zero to their suggestion or boycott their service.actually it seems they r sitting there only to extract updates n release rivalry
thats too cheap attitude how can staff deal with the customer in such way they dont applly their mind.they need spoon feeding yuck !!!
i dont know what sort of people they r its over years they havent cleared my premium amount(barely any amount)on the contrary asking me to forget as if they had paid from their pocket its too hard to take,unacceptable

didnt yet resolved my concern on the contrary accusing me.
they only know how to get into personally but wont apply mind to resolve the concern.
emotionally n mentally distressed by their attitude,unhappy.
they r taking right person in a wrong way and wrong person in a right way.
