I Lodged a complaint on 3rd nov-13 that my Reliance Big TV set top box was no working, but till 7th nov-13 no technician visited my place neither contacted me so i solved my problem myself and when my set top started working i got a message from reliance digital tv that they deducted Rs 175 as service charge for repairing my set top box, on 8 th nov-13 i again lodged another complaint to return my Rs 175 amount they promised me to return it but on 17th nov-13 i got another message that your complaint was closed , when i contacted the cc they told me that my complaint was found false so they cannot refund my amount and gave me another complaint no.
