We are NRI and currently staying at Finland ,since our residential and workplace was UK and we were staying there, in 2009 while visit to india we have planned for investment and decide to invest in real state our plan was to moved out to India in 2013 hence we have invested with unitech around 40 lakh in buying a property at Uniworld gardens sector 117 noida we buy the sid property from unitech at down payment and paid 95% of the property cost , after paying the said amount it seems to me that i have been cheated by unitech event after paying the 95% of the property amount i have no commitment form this builder . I paid 95% of the flat property in 2009/2010(Jan-Feb) since than i am chasing the builder and they are repeated cheating me by making false commitments.

I visited to india form UK to meet UNITECH office two times along with my family i met with Ajay Bhat Unitech has promised me to handover the property in 2001 later 2012 and than 2013 and nothing has been committed as of now . I have opted some loan for this property and in a huge loss.

Since i need unitech to provide me my flat asap along with all losses against my investment and appreciation. Mental harassment to my family and me Penalty charges for asking money from NRIs.
