MakeMyTrip Online Tickets – Harassment and Fraud

After 30 min+ live chatting, I paid for one person’s Kolkata to chicago round-trip ticket fare via my credit card and got confirmation(Confirmato?ry Email IN1312B3S0?22220) at 11:41am CST , Dec 05, 2013. At 12:54 PM CST , Dec 05, 2013, I have got email from MakeMyTrip that I need to pay around INR10,000+ extra again. While contacted to the customer care and chatted for a long time with two of them, I was refused to get talked with the senior management. And I was asked either to pay that extra INR 10,000+ or get that refunded after 9+ days. When my intention is buying a ticket, after one hour of payment and confirmation, I will always expect to have my ticket in my hand. Despite of that, the customer care was saying that it is their mistake and I need to pay for MakeMyTrip’s mistake. I was forced to have the refund option as MakeMyTrip customer care is unable to provide the committed/confirmed/paid ticket to me. So, please help me to get this resolved either by providing the ticket committed or by refunding full with compensation. Because, flight fare increased a lot while their customer care wasted more than 3 hours of mine and let me know that after confirmation and payment, actually, there is still no value of buying the ticket.

Now I was told to wait for 3-4 hours more, and, in the mean time, aeroplane fairs are growing!

Same flight with the committed already paid rate or full Refund with compensation.
