i got my reliance broadband disconnected . but still they are sending in bills. last month i paid for it..but this month again they have sent another bill. when i sent mails, there is no response. finally a man came saying he came to take away the modem, when i asked him to give it to me in writing that he is taking the modem , he refused to do so. the bill this month is Rs 17oo/- . when i’m not using the connection, why should i pay for it. complaining to the bombay office also was of no help.

I recently took reliance connection, every time i should call customer care to get connected… worst service and call centre gos save people who want to hit thier heads hard to stones like reliance… unfortunately i should continue this for next 3 months…
i am planning to file a case in coourt against them for not providing proper service…

It is most surprising why my internet connection you have disconnected when that is the only breather for me to keep in touch with my family members in Patna.i have already deposited 9,880 rupees for unlimited connection and working nicely till I was in India.i am at Ontario now and broad band has not been restored till this date.you people only want to blame India and its system .It is true when customer will not be satisfied it will affect the system.My telephone number is 0612-2597217 and there are very important academic document which i want to get back here and without restoring I can not get it and it will affect my career too.
