In recent past, October 15th I was contacted by Urgentvacancies regarding placement assistance. They said they offer placement services and for the same they charge a refundable amount of Rs. 1800.00. However they do not give any chances for the consumer to go through their website and instead insist on immediate registration. I fell into the trap and paid the amount after which they charged further amount. A job-seeker does not have access to a lot a money. They did not refund or provide any services with regard to the above mentioned amount. They contacted me back on 8th December 2013 and said that they wanted to refund the money and told me to go through certain procedures. In-spite of repeated protests they said that it was a bank authorization check such that the money is refunded to the original payee and guided me to pay instead in a complex procedure. They said the amount would be credited to my account within 30 minutes. When I checked my account i fount Rs. 1500+ Rs. 5600 deducted from my account. Also two mails regarding purchase were mailed to my account. They took away the money I saved to run the month including my rent. It became very difficult to explain it to my aged and retired parents who are dependent on me. Kindly help me to get my money back. The company is taking money away in a fraudulent manner. I received their call from +9111422877600 but one cannot contact them on this number. I want a refund of the money that they have stolen from me. A total of Rs 1800+1500+5600 and compensation for harassment and fraud. And punishment of the people concerned.
