Use Of Local Parts In Lenovo Mobile Service Centres

Greetings.

I Am Raising this issue to throw some lights on the Service Centres Which are not monitored by Lenovo service team .Since a User of your brand from the mobile handset (Lenovo K900) continued the journey followed by Zuk2,A7000,Vibe x 2,K3 note. Now Getting Deeper into Situation I had Purchased Two – Lenovo K note 4.After Twenty Days my Handset is Gone To service centre For The Faulty Display Issue in Rohini(Sec3 M2k Market New Delhi first Floor).At the time of delivery I was Shocked my new Handset Is being Delivered with local Display. While Comparing with my second handset Brightness And Resolution i got to know the Exact Picture. Refer To the Picture Attached ,After Speaking to The Engineer he started Diagnosing the phone and stupid thing i observed he Started making fool by putting my phone on Software Update. In The Last Manager Told Bluntly “yeh hi diplay hai hamare pass Lenovo Yehi Deti hai Lena Hai To Lo Service Centre Close Karne ka time jaldi bolo “.After Two Hours of wait I was shattered how Customer is being treated by untrained and unskilled Staff .People Come to Service Centre keeping in mind we will get original parts and Service .Worked for Giant Google On Nexus Programme then only i gotto figure out the Quality ,imagine how a lay Man are cheated by these thugs. Now I am Facing Handset Not Detecting Any Sim Cards.
