In Saraf Furniture – Consumer Review

I have been daily calling and sending mail to insaraf last one week however no response . i have even shared them the photo the stool that came under order INSF 58032133 one leg iis broken and the guys came to deliver and assemble them from insaraf also took photo and told us call insaraf they will immoderately replace / repair it . however there is no response I uploaded the photo in the site they provided : https://saraf.zendesk.com/hc/requests/38205 i send photo to email to support ‘Insaraf.com’ ; ‘furniture@insaraf.com’; ‘Support.’ Please help me get this issue resolved asap
