Dear All,

I purchased a lyf flame 2 handset, along with it comes a reliance jio sim card, the purchase was done on 22 july 2016.
I submitted the identity proof and photos on the same date, but there was no response till a week then again I submitted my identity proof and photograph for the same with were submitted 4 Aug 2016.

but still nothing happen and even no network appear till the date, I tried contacting shopkeeper but he said “jio will do the rest, it is not my responsibility now i already submitted your document and my work is over”.
I tried contacting jio helpline no they told me to contact verification team on 18008901977 .

I am co-coordinating with them from 9 Aug 2016 when they told me that a permanent solution will be provide within 48 hours as per TRAI rules. rule but still nothing happened and no body contacted me for the same .

finally received a welcome message on alternate no . 9418330941 in the second half of 11 Aug 16 & provide me my order no . ( NO 000003EGS )
after that I called team again they ask me to wait for more 24 hours again . and now after even After so many day even afetr contacting again and again still no resolution, sometimes they told me “system is not updating your information , call after 1-2 hour later”/ ” wait for 24 hours” / ” we are sending your complaint to concern team with high priority and will be resolved within than 24 hour/48 hours”.
these same line were told me from 9 Aug till now they provided me a complaint no for the same i.e. SR000000PHND & FOR THIS NO SATISFACTORY REASON OR ANY RESOLUTION IS DONE FROM JIO TEAM till now.
(i had a word with Mr. KAPIL (TL ) & even he repeated the same which i am getting from day first.)

I FEEL LIKE CHEATED BY JIO COMPANY & THIS IS A MENTALLY TORTURE FOR ME.
I AM FED UP WITH SUCH A POOR SERVICES, IF BEFORE ACTIVATION, I AM DEALING WITH THIS I DON’T KNOW WHAT WOULD HAPPENES NEXT.
KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL ASAP.
