Videocon AC – No service and no repairs even during warranty period

I bought two 2 ton split air conditioners from Videocon in July 2013. After the installation, there have been repeated incidents of water leakage, no cooling, etc and we have tried to contact the customer service which is extremely not responsive. We lodged a complaint on April 14 2014 that none of the two air conditioners is working(not cooling).I called the customer care. First there was no response for month. after that people have been coming and going clicking photographs. There has been no replacement(despite repeated promises). In peak summers my business has suffered because customers have complained and gone. Nobody from Videocon is still attentive. This is ruining my business and they are just trying to lapse the warranty period. Pls help. In the warranty period nobody is coming to attend the problem
